How cancellation requests are handled for enterprise software and services.

Send cancellation requests to [email protected] with customer, quotation/order/agreement reference and the service to be cancelled.
EFFECT
Effect
Notice periods, access, export, work-in-progress, committed third-party costs and any credit/refund follow accepted commercial documents and applicable law.
DATA
Data
Export, retention and deletion after termination follow the agreement, documented operational policy and applicable law; cancellation does not authorize deletion of records that must be retained.
MANDATORY RIGHTS
Mandatory rights
Any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to a specific transaction are not excluded by this policy.
