Cookie & Storage Policy
A clear inventory of necessary storage and optional analytics choices.
Necessary storage
The AURA backend may use a secure HttpOnly aura_session cookie scoped to /api/aura for enquiry continuity. Browser session storage supports same-tab conversation continuity.
Privacy choice
The site stores your Necessary only / Allow analytics preference in local storage. When analytics is not allowed, optional first-party analytics identifiers are not created. After you choose, the consent banner closes and stays hidden. You can change the choice later from this Cookie Policy page.
Optional analytics
When allowed, random browser/session identifiers and limited page-view/CTA events may be sent to the AURA analytics endpoint. Server storage uses hashed identifiers and intentionally excludes raw IP from the analytics event table. GA4 loads only when a real measurement ID is configured and consent is active.
Clearing storage
Browser controls can clear cookies/local/session storage. Clearing necessary state may interrupt conversation continuity; switching to Necessary only stops future optional analytics and clears local analytics identifiers.
