This policy covers the public website, AURA AI pre-sales conversations, demo/contact enquiries and optional website analytics. Authenticated ERP tenant processing is governed separately by the applicable customer agreement and tenant controls.

Depending on your interaction we may receive name, mobile/WhatsApp, email, company, industry, business requirements, demo preference and conversation content. Voice features may process recordings or transcripts when the recording notice is shown and the feature is used. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, API secrets or unnecessary confidential ERP records.

Optional first-party analytics begins only after “Allow analytics”. It can record page path, traffic/referral source, UTM campaign tags, approximate country/region/city supplied by the hosting edge, browser/device category and anonymous hashed visitor/session identifiers. The analytics table is designed not to store raw IP addresses. Google Analytics remains disabled until a real measurement ID is configured and consent is active.

Information is used to answer enquiries, continue requested conversations, arrange demos/follow-up, operate and secure the service, measure opted-in website performance and improve product information. Data may be processed by configured hosting, database, security and AI/voice providers for these purposes. Retention should be limited to business, security, audit or legal needs.
