Payment safety
Pay only against authorized AURA quotation/invoice instructions. Do not send card numbers, banking credentials or OTPs through public chat or email.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Refunds and credits
Eligibility depends on accepted terms, delivery status and applicable law. This website does not create an automatic refund entitlement or override mandatory statutory rights. Any non-refundable milestone should be stated before acceptance.
