Configure approved modules and permissions; prepare integrations and data migration with validation, duplicate handling and rollback considerations.

UAT & ACCEPTANCE

UAT & acceptance

Representative users validate end-to-end workflows, permissions, reports, performance and exceptions before production acceptance.

GO LIVE & IMPROVE

Go live & improve

Production release follows approved deployment, backup/recovery, monitoring and access-control checks. Post-go-live changes follow controlled support/change workflows.

INTEGRATION & MIGRATION GOVERNANCE

Tenant requests; AURA HQ configures and controls.

Third-party integration and data migration are managed services. AURA HQ controls connector setup, credential-vault references, mapping, test runs, reconciliation, quotation/payment status and go-live. Tenant users do not receive API secrets, webhook secrets, backend configuration or connector source.

Routine tenant-owned data import/export can be available inside supported module registries through governed templates, preview, validation and role-based commit controls.

DISASTER RECOVERY

Recovery is an HQ-governed control-plane operation.

AURA may maintain tenant-scoped recovery points and validation workflows. Recovery packages exclude AURA source code, credentials and other tenants' data. Live restoration is performed only through approved recovery procedures, integrity checks and operational acceptance.
